It was Pollinator Counting day in 4th grade 🎉🪩

4th grade joined the Great Southeast Pollinator Census, using observation and data collection skills to help document the pollinators in our School’s Ecosystem ! 📊🌱

📚🧡 One more walk down the hallway... 🧡📚

Tomorrow is the last day for parents and guardians to walk students to their classrooms. We've loved seeing so many smiles, hugs, high-fives, and sweet goodbyes each morning. Thank you for partnering with us as we've kicked off another amazing school year! 🐯

Starting Thursday, our Hubbard Tigers will begin making their way to class on their own, but don't worry, we've got them! Our staff and Safety Patrol will be throughout the building, ready to welcome, encourage, and help every student get safely to their classroom.

A few friendly reminders:
🐾 Students may begin entering the building at 7:30 a.m.
🚪 Parents may walk students to class between 8:00–8:30 a.m. tomorrow only.
⏰ Beginning Thursday, students will enter independently, and our school day begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. Please help your Tiger arrive on time so they're ready for a great day of learning!

Thank you for trusting us with your children each day. We can't wait to continue making this a fantastic year at Hubbard!

It was a blast kicking off the school year with our PBIS Kick-Off, led by our Specials Team—and a special guest! Can you spot them? 👀

Leading Specials this year, we have Coach Haygood and Coach Johnson in P.E., Miss Selman in Art, Mrs. Kovarovic in Music, Mr. Braswell (Mr. B) teaching band to our fourth and fifth graders, Mrs. Davis working with homerooms in Ag, and we’re excited to welcome Mrs. Ellison to our team in the Computer Lab!

Students went over school wide expectations, danced out some wiggles, won some giveaways, AND enjoyed lemonade.
It’s going to be a great year!

🐯 Attention Hubbard Families! 🐯

To help ensure a safe and smooth start to the school year, car rider dismissal will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, Tuesday, August 4, and Wednesday, August 5.

Beginning Thursday, August 6, we will return to our normal dismissal time of 3:17 p.m.

We can't wait to welcome everyone back! Let's ROAR into a successful school year! 🐅
