What a joy it was to meet so many of you in our community this evening! Summer Fridays at The Collection at Forsyth never disappoints, and getting to listen to such amazing local talent while connecting with our neighbors was the perfect way to spend the evening.

Here's what most people don't see: our work doesn't stop when one program ends. Right now, our Fueling Forsyth program generates shelf-stable food for our partner school pantries and, in partnership with Helping Hands Ending Hunger INC., in September we begin supplying fresh fruits and vegetables monthly to Central High School for families served through their Boxes of Love program.
With more support, those deliveries can include more nutritious food to help families get through weekends and long school breaks — and we can expand to serve even more schools across the county.

If you want to be part of what comes next:

Thank you, Walmart Supercenter Cu***ng - Browns Bridge Rd

From grant support to opening its doors for our in-store drives, Walmart has been a true partner in Pack to the Future this year. That kind of investment is exactly why an all-volunteer nonprofit like ours can pack and deliver 350 backpacks in a single season.

Thank you, Thrivent!

Grant funding is what allows Pack to the Future to grow year over year, and we're so grateful to Thrivent for investing directly in Forsyth County kids and families.

A special thank you to Joy Klockow, , who directed $250 in charitable giving to Pack to the Future through her Thrivent membership. Joy, your generosity helped make 350 backpacks possible — thank you for choosing us.

A huge thank you to Meals by Grace and the groups who showed up through them.

Pack to the Future is a true community effort, and this year that meant partnering directly with Meals by Grace — whose team helped coordinate distribution along with their pantry deliveries and rallied the incredible volunteer groups who organized supply drives, collections, and donations on their behalf.
