Due to budget concerns, Isabelle Neely has been “fired” up to serve you this week.

Turns out you can’t actually fire the employee who: • knows the entire menu by memory
• keeps the place running
• and fixes the register when the owners break it 😅
We couldn't do it without her!

So unfortunately for her… she still works here. Come say hi this week!

Blessed and excited to be able to sit with Sarah Salgado-City Council Place 4-City of Forney as we discuss her time in city leadership, her family, and some key questions from residents and myself as we head into an upcoming run-off election. 🇺🇸

It takes grit, patience, and a lot of prayers to be involved in city politics. As you will hear in upcoming segments no matter what happens in your personal life, good or bad, your work behind the chair never stops nor does social media.

Special thank you to 410Studios and Nick Edwards for welcoming us back after last year’s Mayoral and City Council election podcasts.

Blessed to be able to see the new Forney Arts Council location at their GRAND OPENING and could not be more proud of the hard work and effort it has taken to get this done.

So many opportunities in this location, all designed to put our community FIRST.

With local owners you’re a conversation about the day, most local spots we hit remember the conversation we had the previous week.

They remember our names, they ask about our family, our lives. They actually care.

With local, it’s more than just another barcode swipe.

When we aren’t in your shops, we are still behind the scenes supporting local in every way possible.

All our coffee is made from Addison Coffee Roasters beans and let me tell you… nothing beats them.

East Texas Blueberry Pancake is my favorite, but this Highlander is a solid second👊🏻☕️
