Mental health isn't just a month, a trend, or a poster on a wall. 🌻💚
It's checking on your friends.
It's taking a break when you're overwhelmed.
It's knowing you're not weak for asking for help.
This year our club has done crafts, positivity activities, awareness events, face painting, and so much more-but our biggest goal has always been making sure people know they're not alone.
If you're an incoming freshman looking for a place where you can be yourself, make friends, help others, and make a difference, come join us next year.
You matter. Your voice matters. And you deserve to be heard.
