Girl Troop 1857 Scouts BSA Girl Troop 1857 Located in Forney, TX. Notice: Leadership under development We are a scout troop that is truly youth lead.

We develop strong leaders of character, creative thinking, and high emotional intelligence through the fun outdoors activities of the scouting program. We emphasis youth leadership, and Baden-Powell's vision of the patrol method. Adult leadership is Wood Badge trained and are there to guide, mentor, encourage, fill out paperwork, and make sure nobody gets hurt. ;)
