Here is day 5 at Moab. Kane Creek Canyon Trail with many creek crossings. Actually I can’t believe it’s legal… it was a lot of fun and then we hit Hamburger Hill. One of the hardest obstacles we did in Moab.

Day three on our Moab Trip. Lots of steep and narrow sandstone fins on this trail. The main obstacles are Hell’s Gate and the Staircase.

This is the second trail day at Moab. It’s one of the longest rock trails at 25ish miles. It’s basically the Golden Spike trail, but it is between 2 other trails. Poison Spider and Gold Bar Rim. Sorry it’s so long, but it was 10 hours long which is the fastest I have finished it, 19 being the longest.

Grouse Creek Jeep trail is open for the season. It’s a little brushy, but all the fallen trees have been cleared out.

The first trail that we did in Moab was Metal Masher. We had some other Foresthill friends that ran with us. At the end of the video, we climb the Widow Maker. It’s a must see!
