The sale will take place at the front entrance of the Courthouse of the Circuit Court of the County of Cumberland, VA, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, VA.
A deposit equal to ten percent of the successful bid amount by certified check will be required immediately after the conclusion of bidding from the successful bidder.
The closing deadline is November 30, 2017.
