The following Board positions are immediately available! 🥰 We are planning on accepting nominations (self or otherwise) AND voting at our next meeting on June 5th! Please seriously consider joining the party and serving in one of these positions. (All positions are one year terms with a two-year term limit).
Vice President:
The president shall be responsible for the general meetings, planning of the agenda, and serve as an ex-officio member of all committees except the Membership and Nominating Committee.
FRCA Representative:
The Forest Ranch Women’s Club Representative will serve as a liaison to Forest Ranch Community Association and will make a report to the Women’s Club each month.
Membership & Nomination Committee Chair:
The Chair of Membership and Nominations shall call the committee in session two months (60 days) prior to the election of officers. The chair, along with two additional members shall select a slate of candidates for the election to present at the April meeting. Nominations are accepted from the floor. The election is held at the May meeting and Installation takes place at the June meeting. Should a vacancy of any office occur, the Nominating Committee shall be called to select and present nominees at the next general meeting.
Communications & Social Media Committee Chair:
The Chair of Communications and Social Media will send out the agenda via email and post it on the FRWC page, and manage the page concerning club events.
