What an incredible weekend for this group of girls! ❤️🖤

Our team finished the tournament undefeated at 5-0-1 and battled their way to the USSSA Georgia State Championship Gold Bracket title. What makes this accomplishment even more special is that we were one of the younger teams in the tournament, competing against several talented second-year 12U teams.

These girls showed heart, toughness, and determination all weekend long. They spent over 17 hours at the ballpark, playing deep into the night and not finishing until nearly 2:00 AM. Even after both teams agreed to a one-inning shootout championship format, the game turned into an intense 4-inning pitchers’ duel that had everyone on the edge of their seats.

Through the long day, the heat, the pressure, and the late hours, these girls never quit. They hit the ball well, played great defense, received outstanding pitching performances, and most importantly competed for each other every inning.

As coaches, it’s impossible not to be proud of this team. Championships are great, but watching these girls grow, battle adversity, and learn how to win together is what makes moments like this so special.

State Champions. Undefeated. Earned.

So proud of every player, every family, and everyone who supports this team. The future is bright for this group. ❤️🖤🥎

Big congrats to Coach Chris Fritsch and his Georgia Impact Fritsch 2033 10u team on finishing up their 10u career with a BANG!! PGF Super Select Events 10u Championship 3rd place finish! Top 3 in the biggest and most competitive 10u tournament in the country is a huge accomplishment!! We wish nothing but the best to Chris and his team as they move forward to 12u and a new journey. This is a very special group that will continue to do big things in the world of softball. Nice job and good luck to all as you move forward with your careers!!

What an unbelievable way to close out our 10U softball journey. Competing in arguably the best tournament in the country against 68 of the top teams from coast to coast, these girls showed exactly what they are made of.

We are incredibly proud of this team for finishing 3rd overall, falling to Alabama Sparks Elite 5-3 in ITB. Down late, the girls battled back with two runs in the final inning to force extras. Unfortunately, the bats cooled off a bit in the final two games — something that can happen when facing elite-level pitching.

This group finishes their final 10U season with an incredible 71-17-3 record while consistently competing in some of the toughest tournaments across the Southeast. Since 9U, we’ve challenged these girls against top competition to help them grow not only as softball players, but also as competitors who know how to handle adversity and fight through tough moments.

More than wins and losses, this journey has been about growth, toughness, teamwork, and unforgettable memories. I’m incredibly thankful to have had a front row seat watching this group develop over the past two years. The future is bright for every one of these girls. 🥎🔥

We’re excited to make this move alongside Francoeur 2031 as both groups take this next step with one of the premier fastpitch organizations in the country.

Georgia Impact has a strong reputation for player development, competitive softball, and helping athletes grow in the game, and we’re excited for the opportunity ahead for our players and families.

We will be a second-year 10U team looking for late 2015 and 2016 birth dates to complete our roster. We’ll be playing a very competitive schedule, including USFA, USSSA, and PGF events, and will continue practicing at Mulberry River Sports Complex in Hoschton, right off I-85.

What a great Saturday for our Ga Impact family! I couldn’t be more proud of this team and the way they competed from start to finish.

These girls showed what can happen when hard work, preparation, and belief in each other come together. We put up 40+ runs at the plate, stayed aggressive offensively, and our pitching was absolutely gas in the circle all day long. More importantly, every player contributed, supported one another, and played the game the right way.

Championships are earned through the countless hours of practice, dedication, and commitment that nobody sees. This group continues to grow, and it’s exciting to watch them gain confidence and trust in each other every time they step on the field.

A huge thank you to our parents, families, and fans for your constant support. You help make this journey special for these young athletes.

🥈 JIM FROST MEMORIAL CHAMPIONSHIP RUNNER-UP 🥈

Great weekend at the fields for this group in the Jim Frost Memorial Tournament in Chattanooga. ❤️🖤

Finished the weekend 5-1 and battled through the heat all day long to make it to the Championship game.

Pitching was outstanding all weekend, our bats got hot at the right time, and the defense made some huge plays in big moments to help keep us fighting all weekend long.

It didn’t end the way we wanted, but that’s the game sometimes. At this point, it’s about fine tuning and cleaning up the small details to make sure we finish those big games.

What makes me most proud is how these girls continue to fight for each other, respond to adversity, and keep growing together every weekend.

This group is moving in the right direction. 💪🥎

🟥⬛️GA Impact- Brady FINALIST🥈⬛️🟥Wanna talk about how to ? This team was faced with the adversity of dealing with 3 injuries.......dropping them down to 9 total players in the USSSA Bring the Heat tournament. Those 9 decided to and step up while their injured team mates were down. That's the definition of teammate. Period. Good Job to Coach Candice Brady and her team for displaying such resilience.

Normally, I wouldn’t post about a silver bracket finish, but these girls overcame a lot yesterday and earned every bit of where they finished.

After losing two players to season-ending injuries, we were already down to 10. Then early in the day, another injury dropped us to 9. With a 6:45 a.m. warm-up, 6 games, more than 17 hours at the ball field, and an 11:50 p.m. finish, these girls battled all day before falling short in the championship game at the USSSA Bring the Heat Tournament.

We made mistakes, left runners stranded, and struggled at times, but that’s part of the game. In softball, you fail more than you succeed, and what matters most is how you respond, learn, and grow from those moments. We’ll continue focusing on the small things and being intentional in everything we do.

So even though this ended with a silver bracket runner-up finish, I couldn’t be more proud of these girls and everything they accomplished yesterday.
