A huge thank you to Velosity for trusting our team with this custom order!

This project challenged us in all the best ways. Our team had a blast designing, building, and learning how to create a life-size maze board from the ground up. Every project brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and work together, and this one was no exception.

We are grateful for the opportunity and proud of what our team accomplished. Thank you for supporting our mission and allowing us to bring your vision to life!

If YOU are looking for something unique for your business, send us a message!

𝑷𝑻𝑺𝑫 π‘¨π’˜π’‚π’“π’†π’π’†π’”π’” 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉.

A reminder that not all wounds are visible.

Some are carried quietly behind a smile, behind a uniform, behind an "I'm fine" when things are anything but fine.

PTSD can look like sleepless nights, hypervigilance, anxiety, isolation, anger, guilt, or memories that refuse to stay in the past. It can affect relationships, careers, and everyday life. It can make someone feel disconnected from the people they love and alone in a crowd.

At Invisible Wounds Project, we serve military members, veterans, police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, frontline medical staff, corrections professionals, 911 dispatchers, and their families. These are the people who answer the call, run toward crisis, witness tragedy, and carry burdens that most will never fully understand.

Many of them return home with wounds that cannot be seen.

This month, we want those carrying the weight of PTSD to know that what you are feeling is real, your struggles matter, and you do not have to carry them alone.

There is hope. There is healing. And there is a community ready to stand beside you every step of the way.

If you need support, reach out to Invisible Wounds Project. Whether you are looking for resources, peer support, professional connections, or simply a place where people understand, we are here.

You are not alone.

Become an IWP Wayfinder ❀️

The Invisible Wounds Project is excited to announce the launch of the IWP Wayfinder Program and is currently looking for individuals who feel called to serve, support, and walk alongside others during difficult seasons of life.

Some people survive hard things and move on. Others choose to step back into the fire and help carry the load for someone else. The IWP Wayfinder Program is built for those people.

Wayfinders are trained volunteers who stand beside individuals facing stress, trauma, recovery, loss, and major life struggles. They provide support, coaching, accountability, guidance, and real human connection during seasons when people often feel isolated, overwhelmed, or stuck. This role is designed for individuals who want to turn their experiences, growth, and resilience into something meaningful by helping others navigate difficult moments and rebuild forward momentum.

Wayfinders complete specialized training designed to prepare them for real world conversations and real-world situations. All accepted applicants will complete the Wayfinder training program at no cost, including:

- Two Day ASIST Training
- One Day Mental Health First Aid Training
- Two-Day IWP Wayfinder Foundations

Based on prior education, certifications, training, and professional experience, some applicants may qualify for training equivalency review and may not be required to repeat portions of training they have previously completed.

Following successful completion of training, Wayfinders may assist through multiple IWP programs and support opportunities including member coaching sessions, mentorship and accountability support, facilitating or co-facilitating groups, assisting with workshops and retreats, supporting wellness events, helping individuals connect with resources, and assisting with coaching and support inside programs such as The Forge.

This role is not about having all the answers. It is about being willing to show up, stay steady in hard moments, and helping people feel less alone while they fight their way forward. The people who make strong Wayfinders are dependable, grounded, willing to grow, capable of maintaining boundaries, and able to remain present when conversations get heavy.

For many people, purpose is not found by avoiding hard things. It is found by stepping into them with others. The Wayfinder Program is an opportunity to build skills, strengthen community, and
become part of something bigger than yourself while helping others carry the weight when life gets heavy.

If you feel called to step into this work, we invite you to complete the application form linked below. This program is for individuals who are ready to grow, serve, and help others navigate life’s hardest moments through presence, connection, and purpose.

Interested candidates please fill out this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf-GKUMVe0N47EfyDLUONmE_hDZ7W7kLEfY8kkuXPwAUcFH3A/viewform

Friday Night North St. Paul Car Show Info from the Invisible Wounds Project:

The Invisible Wounds Project was founded in 2018 to support veterans, first responders, frontline medical staff, corrections, 911 dispatchers, and their families through access to community, connection, mental health resources, wellness activities, and healing opportunities. In 2025 alone, IWP served more than 2,000 individuals and supported over 125 su***de and crisis interventions. Events and fundraising play a critical role in allowing us to continue that mission every day.

Our organization also has deep roots in car culture. Many of our volunteers, supporters, and members are lifelong β€œcar people” who have attended the Friday Night Car Shows for decades. We understand the positive impact these nights have, not only for enthusiasts, but also for local businesses, families, nonprofits, and the broader community.

Earlier this year, the History Cruzers announced they would be scaling back their traditional every-Friday summer schedule to every other Friday. Like many in the community, we saw the concern from local businesses and community members who rely on the increased traffic and energy these nights bring to North St. Paul.

In early March, we learned the City of North St. Paul was exploring options for the Fridays that were no longer being hosted. We reached out to the City to see what a partnership could look like. After extensive conversations with city staff, submitting site plans, insurance documentation, operational plans, and demonstrating our experience hosting large public events and car shows dating back to 2009, we were approved to host seven Friday night shows this summer.

Since then, we’ve spoken with dozens of local businesses and community members who were grateful someone was willing to step in and help keep Friday nights active throughout the summer. One thing became very clear: this tradition matters to people.

At IWP, one of our core beliefs is that community should be welcoming and inclusive. Car culture has always evolved over time, bringing together people from different generations, backgrounds, and styles. With that in mind, and with permission from the City of North St. Paul, our hosted nights will be open to ALL YEARS of show cars and trucks.

Our 2026 IWP Friday Night Car Show dates are:
πŸ“… June 5, June 19, July 17, July 31, August 14, August 28, and September 11

What can you expect from the nights we host?
πŸš— Show runs from 6–10 PM
🎢 Live music from 6:30–9:30 PM at 7th Ave & Helen St.
πŸ› Farmers & Makers Market at 7th Ave & Helen St.
πŸ” Food vendors spread throughout the event area
🏁 Featured β€œCar Club of the Night”
ℹ️ Sponsor, info, and first-aid area located at 7th Ave & Helen St.
❀️ Opportunity to support mental health and wellness programs serving veterans, first responders, and their families

All show vehicles must enter from the west end of 7th Ave E using either 7th Ave itself or North St. Paul Dr.

There will also be volunteer staff throughout the event wearing high-visibility shirts or safety vests. Our volunteers are expected to treat everyone with professionalism and respect, and we ask attendees to do the same in return.

Participant and spectator expectations:
β€’ Please respect local businesses, residents, volunteers, and fellow attendees
β€’ DO NOT arrive early and occupy valuable business parking spaces for hours before the event
β€’ Follow all state and local laws
β€’ No open alcohol consumption
β€’ No parking on sidewalks, boulevards, or no-parking zones
β€’ Dogs are welcome but must remain leashed (6 ft maximum)
Most importantly, these nights are about community, cooperation, connection, and fun. They’re about supporting local businesses, bringing people together, celebrating car culture in all forms, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy a summer evening together.

We want to thank the City of North St. Paul, local businesses, volunteers, sponsors, and community members for working together to make this happen.
