Wow, what a set of basketball games last night...all within five points! Congrats to our varsity boys on their victory over ISM. Come see all of our teams for Thursday night's home opener in the Husky Den at 4:00 (JV Boys), 5:30 (Girls Varsity), and 7:00 (Boys Varsity) against Community of Peace Academy.

And don't forget to Black-Out the gym by wearing all black clothing both to school and to the game in support of all of our teams! All K-12 students and parents are encouraged to participate and attend. K-12 staff appreciation events and a pep band performance will be part of the evening's activities.

The Huskies Athletic Booster Club (HABC) has been proudly supporting North Lakes Academy’s athletic programs and students since 2012. As costs continue to rise, your sponsorship is more important than ever. Every dollar raised goes directly to our athletic programs, helping to keep participation fees affordable and maintain our sports equipment and facilities.

We’re excited to offer the Royal Plan at an introductory rate of $350! Sponsors who renew each year will keep this special rate, available only through the end of 2024. Your banner will be displayed in the Husky Den, and for an additional $100, you can also have your banner at our Baseball, Softball, and Soccer events.

NLA is proud to announce that our very own junior student, Brenna Theisen, has been selected as a 2024 ExCEL Award recipient by the MSHSL! This prestigious award is given to students who are active in school activities, leaders in their schools, and who demonstrate a strong commitment to community service.

One of only forty ExCEL honorees selected in all of Minnesota this year and our first in NLA history, Brenna is everything we look for in a Husky. As part of her application, one of her teacher's wrote:

"Brenna is the epitome of leadership and positivity in our school. She approaches each and every day with a positive outlook and attempts to bring others up with her. Her work ethic is unmatched and she frequently looks for additional ways to enrich her learning and help others in their own educational journeys."
