Join Us for a Powerful Night Together
Today’s teens are navigating challenges many families never had to face growing up. Join us for an inspiring and real conversation with Heather & Randy Bacchus from Be Extraordinary, Be You as they share their story, science, and hope for families.
Through their story, they aim to educate students and families about the real harms and dangers of today’s highly potent marijuana/THC while also sharing a message of hope, connection, and self-worth. Their presentation encourages students to recognize their value, understand the importance of mental wellness and healthy choices, and know that they do not have to struggle alone.

Students in Grades 6+ are encouraged to attend with a parent/caregiver. Families attending together can enter to win prizes including a 2026–27 High School Parking Pass, Ranger Nation Family Pass, YMCA membership, and more!
We will also be sharing early highlights from our recent Positive Community Norms (PCN) student survey. While social media and headlines can often create one perception, our local data continues to tell an encouraging story about Forest Lake students and the choices they are making. You may be surprised by what you hear.
