The very 1️⃣st in the line of first responders are those who answer the call for assistance. They are the calm voice during the storm, obtaining the necessary information to get the other responders to you. While the other first responders are making their way to you, dispatchers continue to provide instructions and guidance to help instantly, whether that is providing the caller with instructions for starting CPR or guiding the caller to safety until police arrive.

This week we want to recognize National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week. The first line in Emergency Response! Join us in thanking dispatchers for their unwavering support and dedication.
