Last week, Women Roofers partnered with Rutherford Housing Partnership Inc and an incredible group of young men and women from NC State University to complete another roof right here in our community!

For those who may not know, this amazing group shows up year after year to volunteer their time and skills, and this year was no exception. They came ready to work each day with smiles on their faces and hammers in their hands!

Because of their dedication, another member of our community now has a safe, secure roof over their head.

We are truly amazed by the impact they continue to make year after year. Let’s show them some love and appreciation in the comments!

We’re so proud to partner with Rutherford Housing Partnership to bring WeBuild to life, a camp where rising 4th–7th grade girls learn hands-on construction skills while building confidence and leadership.

The RHP Legends being honored are individuals who are truly dear to our hearts, including the founders, volunteers, and community champions who made this work possible. Through the RHP Legends Fund supporting WeBuild 2026, their legacy continues, and RHP is matching donations up to $8,000!

We’re grateful to keep building in their honor.

For 30 years, Rutherford Housing Partnership has been repairing homes and building hope in our community. With the help of The Women Roofers, we created WeBuild, a summer camp where rising 4-7 grade girls learn hands-on construction skills, confidence, and leadership.

We’re honoring the RHP Legends who made this possible, from founders to tireless volunteers, with the RHP Legends Fund. Every dollar goes to WeBuild 2026, and RHP will match donations up to $8,000!
