65 CANCER SURVIVORS AND THEIR FAMILIES RECEIVED INFORMATION ON DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT BY CALLING

10 GIFTS OF SUPPORT OR INSURANCE ASSISTANCE WERE GIVEN OUT

3 CANCER SURVIVORS AND THEIR FAMILIES STAYED AT HOPE LODGE OR HAD HOTELS PAID FOR WHILE THEY UNDERWENT CANCER RELATED TREATMENT

25 PATIENTS BENEFITED FROM ONE OF OUR PATIENT SERVICE PROGRAMS SUCH AS TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE OR LOOK GOOD FEEL BETTER

15 PATIENTS RECEIVED FREE WIGS AND HEAD WRAPS
