Our Community Wide Garage Sale is quickly approaching!

Start gathering up your things sitting in a corner, or collecting dust in your closet, or just things in your storeroom you don’t need anymore!

Just a few pictures we either got or borrowed from all you folks that came to hang out with us at the Foreman Community Foundation’s Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival on Saturday!
The rain eventually got us all, but we sure did enjoy seeing all of you that came despite the forecast!
We appreciate each and every one of you guys!
And we pray for an even bigger festival next year! And NO RAIN! 🎉

Hey guys, I hate to make this post, but the rest of our Pecan Festival is cancelled. 😔
We tried, but the rain got us all. ☔️
The band we had for tonight doesn’t want to take a chance on getting their equipment wet, and I don’t blame them.
Be watching for next year, y’all!

Rain or shine, we’re excited to see everyone at the 4th Annual Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival! Here’s what’s happening today and where to find it. A big thank-you to all our sponsors for making this event possible!

The festival is STILL on!
The future cast shows rain from 4-6, so I’m praying diligently that we can get it going and keep it going for a while!!
We’ve spent months, days, hours and minutes getting ready for this event! And it’s going to be AWESOME!
🏃‍♀️ 5k begins at 8am in front of Iron Horse Gym
🦆 Wild Game tasting is from 1-4, with judging at 4
🚗 Classic Car Show all day, with judging at 2
🐶 Costume Pet Parade at 3, meeting at Central Perk and will prance around to the stage on Schuman
🚜 Hay Bale Toss- behind the stage- will begin at 3
👻 Haunted house begins at dark! $5 entry and it’s going to be a doozy! They’ve worked so hard on this!
🎉 Kid Zone, complete with maze and a big slide!
🎤 Live music ALL! DAY!
Not to mention all the craft and fabulous food vendors we have!
There is literally something for everyone!
Y’all come see all about it, downtown Foreman, tomorrow morning starting at 9!

🐾 A Festival Favorite Is Back! 🎉
The Costume Pet Parade returns for the 4th Annual Pecan Festival!

📍 Meet at Central Perk on Bell St. a few minutes before 3:00 PM to sign a release form.
🐕‍🦺 Parade starts at 3:00 PM — we’ll head south on Bell St., turn right on 1st Ave., and finish at the stage on Schuman st.

Need something fun to do Saturday, October 18th? Check out the 4th Annual Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival in downtown Foreman, AR. With multiple events, food, vendors, and live music all day, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

The Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival Costume 5K begins at 8 a.m. Grab your best costume and run, walk, or stroll your way through Foreman, starting in front of Iron Horse Fitness.

Bring your best recipe for the Little River Bake-Off, held inside the Foreman Community Center. Judging begins at noon, and entries must be received by 11:30 a.m.

Car lovers won’t want to miss the Classic Car Show, hosted by the Foreman Community Foundation. Registration opens at 8 a.m., and the show runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Regional artists will provide music all day, with performances by Steve Gauldin, Hackers, Elijah Arnold, Cullyn Corley, Craig Dodson, Marty Lansdell, Luke Ford, and Locked & Loaded.
