Calling on the Flock! We want to see your best chalk art on display at your Fond du Lac School District school! The school sidewalks are your canvas and we want to send our great teachers and staff into summer with your art! Birds Of A Feather will have chalk at each building starting at 8 AM this Thursday (6/4/26). Bring yourself, your students and your creativity and let's chalk up another great year!!

The flock is growing… and we’re so excited to introduce our newest member! 🐦✨

Every new face brings new energy, new ideas, and an even bigger impact for the teachers, students, and staff we serve. Please help us give a warm welcome to our newest member of the flock Liz Groeschel ❤️!

About Liz:

Hello! I’m Liz. I grew up in Fond du Lac, and returned after college. I live for free time with my spouse, my two kids, our Boxers and our cat. You can find me thrifting and shopping at locally owned shops and local events. I also love cheering on my kids, niece, nephews (and everyone else’s kids!) at events across the district. My favorite school events are musicals and choir concerts.

Why Liz joined BOAF:

I love finding ways to build community and support our teachers, students and schools. I also love helping bring ideas to fruition and streamline them to make them easier to participate in or run. Participating in BOAF checks all these boxes!

What Liz is excited to see BOAF do in the future:
I hope to see BOAF support PTOs and help PTO members across the district build connections to support and learn from each other.

What or who inspires Liz:
I’m inspired every day by people who are creative, innovative, and unafraid of failure.

Liz brings energy, perspective, and an ambitious attitude to the flock, and we welcome her with open wings 🪽

Thanks to everybody who came out and supported our brat fry yesterday🍔🌭! It was a huge success. An even bigger thank you to the American Legion for allowing us to host our brat fry there!

It’s community partners like them that allow us to raise money to support teachers, students, and staff throughout the Fond du Lac School District.

It is events like this that make our work possible. Supporting the staff at “Woodworth West University” was such a privilege and an honor. 💚

Alongside community partners, we were able to deliver coffee and donuts to the entire staff — and a few more — this morning.

They are our “why.” Teachers. Staff. Students. Families.

We are all in this together, and we are stronger when we flock together 🪽
