3 of the hives on the research farm were harvested today by a for-profit organization called Liberia Pure Honey (LPH). From the three hives they were able to extract 5 gallons of Honey with a water concentration of 18.1% (they accept anything lower than 20% so this is very good!).

I visited an Israeli company yesterday that is selling hoophouses. The sales have gone thru the roof per se the last 6 mos..
I am visiting some that are in the field today. The price is reasonable and the construction is solid.
Behind me is a very nice crop of Tomatoes. The sun does not shine much here in Ghana, the tomatoes did get a little long, but they are disease free and pass production has been very positive.
