Every paw counts when it comes to volunteering at Alder Creek events!

We are looking for additional “paws” to help with short shifts at the upcoming Fall Festival.

Help needed:
🐾 Decorations in the days leading up to Fri, Oct 30
🐾 Set up before the event (1–2 PM, so you can go home to your family before the event)
🐾 Short volunteer shifts during the event — this is where we need the most help!
🐾 Clean up afterward

Join us for a mixer and school updates from Mrs. Parenzin from 5:00-5:30 PM, then stay for our Association Meeting from 5:30-6:30 PM.

We’ll discuss how Howl-apalooza funds can support our students and classrooms, and hear more about events and programs planned throughout the year. Attend in the school library or online. Find the online event link in ACE PTA emails closer to the 21st.

Join us for the ACE PTA Fall Festival on Friday, October 30, from 5 to 7 PM at Alder Creek Elementary!

Enjoy a haunted house, face painting, arts and crafts, photo spots, and Trunk or Treat. Food will be available for purchase. More surprises will be announced soon!

This event is for ACE families only. Parents must stay with their children. And yes, kids and families can dress up! No weapons, gore, or masks.

A special Howl-apalooza shoutout to Brearley, Shapley, and Peterson!

Each of these classes raised more than $10,000 for the ACE PTA.

Thank you to all the students, families, friends, and extended families who donated and shared their fundraising pages. Your support made a huge impact!

And thank you to every ACE family who participated in Howl-apalooza. Every donation helped make this year’s fundraiser a success. 🐾

ACE families raised about $85,000 through Howl-apalooza!

You donated. You shared. You volunteered. You showed up for ACE families.

Because of you, ACE PTA has more resources to support students, classrooms, field trips, school experiences, and family events this year.

Howl-apalooza ends TONIGHT at 11:59 PM! 🐾

ACE families, this is our final push. Our "last howl" for donations.

One final push can help us reach even more family participation and raise even more for ACE students.

We’re in the final week of Howl-apalooza. Fundraising closes Thursday, September 24 at 11:59 PM, and this week we're focusing on increasing family participation.

We’ve raised more than $51,000, and we’re working toward 50% family participation.

Please donate, share a reminder with your class on WhatsApp, or share it with friends & family one more time.

There are still prizes at every level:

🐾 VIP Family Drawing: Families who raise $500 or more are entered into our VIP Family Drawing.
🐾 School: Principal and Vice Principal for a Day for our top fundraisers.
🐾 Grade: The three grades with the highest percentage of students who raise $25 or more win pizza, popsicles, or cookies.
🐾 Class: The top two fundraisers in each class get to splash Mrs. P at the Mystery Cup Challenge on Friday, Oct. 2 at 1:30 PM.

We unlocked our Howl-apalooza assembly. And because our Coyotes worked so hard to reach this milestone, they have earned even more messy fun.

Get ready for the Mystery Splash Challenge. The top two fundraisers in each class will get a chance to pour a mystery cup over Mrs. P.

Will it be slime? Bubble foam? Jello? Sprinkles? No one will know what is inside until it pours!

Friday, October 2 at 1:30 PM�ACE Blacktop (come in through the side gate).
Families are invited to come watch and cheer!��

There’s still just under a week left to support Howl-apalooza.

Please consider making another donation or sharing your child’s fundraising page. Every amount helps ACE PTA fund family events and school experiences our kids look forward to, while also supporting field trips, recess, library, and classroom needs across every grade.

Our students unlocked every schoolwide reward! That means every student will receive a paw-print bracelet and a popsicle after the Coyote Run.

Fundraising closes Thursday, September 24 at 11:59 PM. There’s still time to keep it going.
