Parents, you helped fund all of this.

This year, ACE PTA members, donors, sponsors, dine-out supporters, and volunteers helped make so much possible for Alder Creek Students & Teachers.

Your support helped fund:

🚌 Field trip support
🎨 A new school mural
🐾 A new ACE mascot costume
🎉 Campus events all year
📚 Books for every grade
🍎 Teacher reimbursements
✨ Trunk or Treat, Coyotes on Stage Show, STEAM Night, Meet the Masters, ACE-Chella, and more

We also grew to 180 PTA members, doubled our sponsors, and raised $38,000 through Dance-a-Thon (not to mention over 8 Dine-Outs).

ACE PTA Parent Resource

Looking for tips to help keep kids safe online? The Gallardo Elementary PTA is hosting a free Internet Safety Parent Presentation open to all parents and guardians in the community.

Detective Christie Hirota from the Sacramento Valley Hi-Tech Crimes Task Force will speak about:

• Online safety
• Social media risks
• Apps & technology kids are using
• Ways families can help protect children online

ACE-Chella is almost here!

Here’s what to bring on Friday:

👟 Comfy shoes & festival costumes
🪑 Chairs or blankets
💧 Reusable water bottles & drinks
🫧 Towels & clothes that can get wet (if your kid wants to play in the water balloon area or with bubbles)
☀️ Sunscreen
💳 Credit cards for food trucks & treats

Students will get their wristbands in class on Friday and should wear them to the event for faster entry. Only ACE students need wristbands. Families do not need wristbands to attend.

Reminder: ACE-Chella is for ACE students, immediate families/guardians, and staff. Students must attend with a guardian.

This week, the ACE PTA celebrated our amazing staff with breakfast, flowers, tacos, coffee, and gelato.

Every dine-out visit, donation, membership, and Dance-A-Thon contribution helped make this possible.

Thank you for supporting our teachers and staff all year long. We are so grateful for everything they do for our students every single day.

And thank you to our ACE community for helping us show that appreciation in a meaningful way. 🌸

Teacher Appreciation Week is here. Honestly, one week doesn’t cover it.

Our entire ACE staff shows up every day for our kids. Our teachers, yard supervisors, librarian, office staff, nurses, and more manage a lot behind the scenes that most of us never see.

But we see the care, the patience, and the effort.

It’s been a special year building our ACE community together. Students, teachers, families, and the ACE PTA have made it one to remember.

Let’s celebrate with our first end-of-year festival: ACE-Chella.

Come hungry. Food trucks will be on site all evening:

🌮 Tacos
🍕 Pizza
🍗 Fried Chicken
🍬 Cotton Candy & Shaved Ice
🍵 Matcha & sweet drinks

You’re welcome to bring your own food, but we encourage families to support our food trucks.

Bring:
• Reusable water bottles and drinks
• Chairs and picnic blankets
• Towels to dry off if your child will be playing with bubbles or in the splash zone

Enjoy music, dancing, wearable crafts, games, and more.
