Advertise in the 2027 Region 9 Omnibus

The time is NOW … Advertise in the 2027 Region 9 Omnibus! Earn Perks for Advertising!

It’s time to think about advertising in the 2027 Omnibus. We are working on the 2027 Region 9 Omnibus (the new dressage tests will be included) which will be published and available to buy at the Region 9 Championship Show in Katy, Oct 1- 4, 2026 and on the Region 9 website. These book stay in the hands of people for a long time as reference, so your ad has a long life.

We are offering the following two incentives to advertisers:
🏅A drawing for a free full page ad in the 2028 Omnibus…for all who send in their ad copy/artwork with payment by the deadline. Deadline is July 30, 2026. (Congrats to Central Plains who won the free full page ad in the 2027 Omnibus.) The drawing is held at the December Region 9 in-person meeting at the USDF Convention.

🏅Any USDF Region 9 GMO Member or Participating Member who obtains $600 or more of new paid advertising (not advertisers from the 2026 Omnibus) for the 2027 Omnibus gets one free stall for one day of a show. Show dates from August 1, 2026 thru Nov 30, 2026, at a Region 9 show of your choice – licensed or schooling. Paid ad(s) must meet deadline of July 30, 2026. (Recipient will be required to send proof/receipt of payment for the stall, and proof of USDF membership. After review, the Region will send a reimbursement check in December.)

📌Why advertise? You get a lot of bang for your buck: your ad in the printed copy (which stays in the hands of people for YEARS – plus new tests in this book will mean more people see your ad), your ad on the website for all the world to see, and full page ads get a mention in this newsletter every month plus the home page of the website. Competitions which adverstise are included on the Region 9 calendar on the website and in the calendar in the monthly email. That’s a lot for a small investment which supports the Region!

Hello riders,
I know it is many months early but everyone start thinking about the banquet in the next few months!! Now is the time to start making sure you have those volunteer hours done (4 minimum) and make sure you have opted in on the eventing form to have your scores counted!!

This years annual award banquet will be at a new venue - The Berry Barn- owned by one of our junior members parents. Not only is it a gorgeous venue but they also have overnight accommodations if you'd like to make it a mini vacation.
