California Rural Health Transformation (CalRHT) is opening three grant funding opportunities in July – here’s what to expect.
These opportunities will support rural health providers and organizations across California:
Accelerator Partners – supports collaborative models that seek to strengthen primary and maternity care across rural communities. The grant guide will be available on July 1, with applications anticipated to open mid-July.
EHR Modernization – supports technology systems, data exchange, and digital tools that enable coordinated, efficient care delivery across rural networks. The grant guide will be available mid-July, with applications to follow.
Workforce Development Recruitment, Retention, and Relocation – aims to strengthen and sustain the rural healthcare workforce by improving recruitment, retention, and training for health professionals. The grant guide and applications are anticipated before July 31.
