Janet, from our elementary support staff, led a knitting workshop and our kiddos made headbands they are wearing proudly!

We're proud to receive a platinum award for transparency on Candid.
Partnering with our community, businesses and individual supporters is what drives this work forward, and none of that happens without trust.

Thank you for trusting us and leaning in to another year of progress and impact for our students.

We're looking for a few more raffle prizes for our annual Golf for Hope event on Oct 26.

It's a great way to get your name/product in front of our packed guest list while supporting our mission.

Raffle prizes last year raised almost $10,000 in additional funds for us.

We can use physical products, gift cards, vacation rentals etc...

If you, or someone you know may be able to contribute please give us a call 916-246-9978

Thank you Deacon Charitable Foundation for choosing Folsom's Hope for your $5,000 grant!

This was presented to us by our friend Alexia Gomes and her sweet kids.

Alexia used to be a teacher at Theodore Judah and now leads Deacon's Community Outreach.

Your gift will go a long way to creating supportive spaces and programming for the students.

Today during free play, our fifth graders (who were starting to feel like middle schoolers lol) didn't want to play video games or soccer or build Legos or do crafts.

They just wanted to hang out, so six of them sat around on new bean bags and donated chairs with their feet up, just talking about life.

They talked about memories of second grade, about what they think about Flock cameras, politics, what they want to do, and more.

For 30 minutes, they just kicked back and chose to spend their time being together. Thank you to our Amazon wishlist donors who provided the fun stuff in these spaces so that kids can hang out and connect.
