The South Carolina chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Ma*****na Laws’ (NORML) mission is to work toward the legalization of responsible use of cannabis by adults, and to serve as an advocate for cannabis consumers. MISSION STATEMENT

dvocate for consumers to assure they have access to high quality ma*****na that is safe, convenient and affordable. We accomplish this through education about the legislative process and by providing the best up-to-date information about the cannabis reform movement from around the state and the nation. South Carolina NORML sponsors speakers, information booths and various events across South Carolina throughout the year. South Carolina NORML educates individuals on current South Carolina State Ma*****na laws, including h**p and CBD. South Carolina NORML supports citizen based initiatives, and legislative bills designed to reform ma*****na laws.
