Come join Sea Glass Initiative’s hot food program, The Table, starting at 4PM for a hot sandwich, Crumbl cookie, and lemonade. We will be at The Blessing Box Food Bank at South Baldwin Christian Church at 19489 W. Keller Rd in Foley.

Table volunteers will be passing out free grilled sandwiches, cookies, and lemonade at the food pantry at South Baldwin Christian Church from 4 PM till we run out on Friday,6/19. The address is 19489 West Keller Road in Foley. You do not have to be using the pantry to receive a hot sandwich-if you are hungry, stop by.

We strive to make the freshest, healthiest meals we can, and we don’t let anything go to waste. We picked up a fabulous donation from Krupinski Farm and froze it for an upcoming hot meal .Thank you to Krupinski’s, Redemption Church for your kitchen, and these three ladies who answered a last minute call and processed these veggies this morning!

The tortillas for our chicken cheese quesadillas at our event tonight were provided by Elizabeth and Ray Moore. Thank you so much for providing an integral and delicious part of our meal! Thank you for caring about the under-resourced in our county.

We made 200 chicken cheese quesadillas and they were gone pretty quickly! Fun night at South Baldwin Christian Church; thankful the rain was over by the time we cooked and served. Thanks South Baldwin Church for letting us partner with you, and thank you to our great volunteers!

Rain or shine The Table will have hot chicken cheese quesadillas for you, so don’t let the rain deter you. The food bank and the diaper drive will be in full swing from five till 7 PM. If it’s food or diapers, you need come see us at South Baldwin Christian Church at 19489 West Keller Rd. in Foley.
