Twelve of our CCCF staff from both 34-20 Linden Pl and 43-17 Union St locations took an and Certified training today through the NYC Beating Hearts Initiative and Councilman Peter Koo. Not only did you get an AED device, we also learned the APR skills to help people in case of heart failure or choking. We are dedicated to make sure all our members are protected in case of emergency!

華人社區中心錦國會館在2/23（週四）舉行的二月份長者生日聯歡，並在會上宣布華人社區中心與帝國成人日間護理中心正式合併的好消息，我們希望結合完善的設備場地和人性化的管理模式，打造全紐約市最佳的長者日間活動中心！

On Thursday (Feb. 23) , Chinese Community Center of Flushing celebrated the birthday for our senior members who were born in the month of February. On this special occasion, we also announced the good news of CCCF and the Bao Kang Adult Day Care Center’s official merger. We hope to combine the best facility and attentive services to make CCCF Civic Center the best adult day care center in New York City.
We would like to thank Stella Chan, representatives of Council Member Peter Koo, and Mrs. Christine Chiu for attending our event, as well as TCM Doctor Mr. Rong-Sheng Lin and Mrs. Lin, and Qbedding for donating gifts to our seniors!

on Monday, June 27, 2016 the New York City Rent Guidelines Board voted for a 0% increase for one-year renewal leases and no more than a 2% increase for two-year renewal leases. If you are a rent-stabilized tenant, you can choose between one-year and two-year renewals.
