Our mission is to educate, empower, and equip Haitian youth and communities.

Development for Freedom International (DFI) is an international Christian faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving at-risk youth and advocating for child rights. DFI는 2012년에 설립된 아이티에 위치한 기독교 정신에 입각해서 세워진 비영리 단체(NGO) 입니다. 아이티, 미국, 캐나다에 지부가 있으며,
여성(과부 직업 재활 교육), 아동(고아,길거리 아이들의 쉼터제공,교육을 위해 기숙사형 대안학교 아가페 스쿨 운영- 취업하고 독립자금 마련 후 졸업), 의료(현지 의사들과 의대생 교육, 매년 심장병 어린이 수술 사업)를 중점적으로 하고 있습니다.

DFI Emergency Relief 2026

Due to ongoing gang violence in Haiti, hundreds of families have been forced to flee their homes and are now living in extremely difficult conditions.

In response, DFI organized an emergency food kit distribution providing essential supplies such as rice, peas, oil, spaghetti, sugar, hygiene products, and more to displaced families in need.

Thank you for your prayers and continued support as we stand with vulnerable families during this difficult time.

아이티에서 계속되고 있는 갱단 폭력 사태로 인해 수백 가구의 주민들이 집을 떠나야 했으며, 현재 매우 어려운 환경 속에서 생활하고 있습니다.

Today, our Agape girls and boys took to the streets to celebrate the Haitian flag 🇭🇹 with joy and pride. It is truly amazing to see how quickly they are growing while learning the importance of the Haitian flag, their culture, and their national heritage.

We are deeply grateful for our wonderful staff, who continue to do an incredible work in educating, guiding, and inspiring these children every day.

DFI SAVING LIVES PROJECT 2026 💜🙏

These precious children from areas affected by gang violence in Haiti are preparing to travel to Korea for life-saving heart surgery. To reach Port-au-Prince, they must pass through dangerous regions, but we trust in the LORD’s protection every step of the way.

We are praying for favor as we apply for U.S. transit visas and believing God for successful surgeries, healing, provision, and continued support for this mission to save lives in Haiti.

Please keep these children and their families in your prayers.

Today, we celebrate the unshakable truth of our faith: Jesus Christ is alive. He didn’t just perform miracles—He is the resurrection and the life. Where He reigns, death has no power, and life always prevails.
Because the grave could not hold Him, we live with a living hope.

A hope that reminds us: this is not the end. Victory belongs to Christ—yesterday, today, and forever.
