When I made the sign up form I forgot to put an entry for the cheerleaders name...the most important information If you have filled out a form, please edit it. Also, if you have 2 or more girls cheering, please mention that in the comment section if you want them on the same squad.

We will be doing sign ups soon! We wanted some feedback from the parents. The squads have been formed differently both years. One year, we did all the same age girls cheering for their grade levels. The second, we mixed the ages from PreK-5th and the girls were able to cheer for their siblings. I know some prefer one over the other and vice versa, so I am going to let you vote.
