We are so very grateful for the support from these businesses for the 2026 Empty Bowls fundraiser. Because of their support, 100% of the ticket sales goes directly to Floyd Backpack, a program of New River Community Action for the 2026-27 school year. This year's event was a success with over $10,000 raised.

Floyd Rotary members brought all the bowls and event supplies to Floyd County High School today. We are so grateful to the team of FCHS students and Emma, who dried over 400 bowls after they were run through the cafeteria dishwasher. Special thanks to Janet Peak and Jackie. Come join us on Sunday at the 2026 Floyd Empty Bowls Fundraiser for a community meal to support the Floyd Backpack, a program of New River Community Action.

At Empty Bowls, the bowls are part of the community meal experience and are given as a thank-you for your participation, rather than sold separately. The event is centered on bringing people together to support local efforts addressing food insecurity, and the bowls reflect the generosity of the artists who donate their time and talent for a community meal. We hope you’ll join us for the full experience. Please note that full priced children’s tickets may only be redeemed by an eligible child not an adult.
