After last night’s storms, a cool breeze and some sunshine this afternoon were just what we needed! While the morning brought a little rain, the skies cleared and we finished the day with lots of laughs, smiles, and camp fun.

Day 2 of Junior 4-H Camp was full of new friends, new experiences, and plenty of excitement. From fishing and high ropes to trying new activities like basic horsemanship and learning about small animals, our 4-her's are making memories that will last long after camp is over!

A little rain couldn't dampen our spirits, and we can't wait to see what the rest of the week has in store. Here's to more adventures, more laughter, and more unforgettable camp memories! 💚🍀

Hello parents of our Danville, Floyd, Franklin, and Pittsylvania campers and teens! We had some strong storms today at camp; however, everyone is safe and we were still able to run camp with minimal disruptions! We switched some evening programs around, played some bingo, did some indoor pack meetings, had a newspaper fashion show at Open Air, and then had a stellar campfire indoors! Everyone is safe and dry tonight and hitting the hay after an eventful Monday! We appreciate you trusting us with your campers’ safety and wellbeing, and we look forward to a (hopefully🤞🏼) dry rest of the week!
