Back in the day when I worked with the UGA Fanning Leadership Center, now known as the J. W. Fanning Leadership Institute, I worked with the Ketttering Foundation and their National Forums Institute on public policy issues.

Neal Katyal is the attorney who successfully argued to the Supreme Court that the POTUS’ tariffs, implemented by his executive order, were unconstitutional. He is now in the process of going through federal court to appeal a decision to stop PACs from contributing unlimited amounts of money to campaigns.
“Dinner Table Action v. Schneider” is the name of the law suit, and this video easily explains the way this law suit and the state of Main is working to stop the “Citizens United” ruling that got us to the point we are today where too many elected representatives, national and state, are owned and supported by wealthy people with an agenda rather than the majority of citizens.
