Marcus Clay Target Team 🎯 Developing athletes, leaders, and teammates — on and off the range. Marcus High School Team shooting olympic style shotgun games.

The Marcus High School Clay Target Team is a program through which gun clubs, shooting facilities, and other organizations provide youth with opportunities to participate in organized, adult-supervised trap shooting activities leading to the Olympic styles of Bunker Trap and International S***t. Marcus High School can expose individuals in high school to the positive experience of the shooting spo

rts. Games will include but are not limited too: Trap, S***t, Sporting Clay, 5-Stand, ZZ Bird, Make-A-Break and MORE!!!

Following on the heels of Day 1's massive accomplishments (full of personal bests and straights), MCTT had a great finish to the Texas YESS State Championships!! ☀️🎯⛈️
We started with beautiful weather and wrapped up the weekend battling storms, delays, and shoot-offs 💨🌧️⚡ — but our athletes stayed focused and competed hard all the way to the finish!
A huge congratulations to all of our shooters for their hard work and perseverance this weekend! 👏❤️🖤

Monday the Marcus Clay Target Team hosted the 2025–2026 banquet. We paused to reflect on another incredible year both on and off the range. From hard-fought accomplishments and personal growth to milestones and memories, this season was one to remember. 💥🎯

We celebrated seniors, straights, promotions and awards. Watching these athletes grow as competitors, leaders, and teammates is a rewarding experience. 👏💙

Thank you to our families, volunteers, and sponsors who helped make this season possible. Most importantly, congratulations to all of our athletes for the hard work and commitment you brought every single day. Wow! Even more news out of Waco today. It seems like there was something in the air, as three more Marcus Clay Target team members secured their first 25 in trap!!! Help me with a big round of applause and congratulations to these three athletes: Griffin Staples, Jeffrey Guzzardo and Caden Paull!!! We are so proud of your concentration and hard work. Way to go for it, at SCTP Regionals!
