This past week, we were fortunate to have several Vikings United alumni back in the gym, pouring into the next generation and paying it forward to our young hoopers. 🏀❤️

What a way to kick off Day 1 of the Vikings United “Train Like A Pro” Summer Basketball Bootcamp!

A huge THANK YOU to NBA Alum, 2x NBA Champion, 3x NBA 3-Point Champion, activist, mentor, and Chicagoland legend for spending time with our student-athletes and pouring wisdom into the next generation.

From sharing lessons learned at the highest level of basketball to emphasizing the importance of discipline, preparation, confidence, and purpose, Coach Hodges didn’t just talk about the game—he spoke life into our young ballers and challenged them to think bigger than basketball. 💯

The message was clear:

🏆 Prepare now for where you want to go next.

Congratulations to our Vikings United 10U, 11U, and 12/13U squads for bringing home 🥇 1st Place finishes in their final tournaments of the AAU Spring Session!

While we’re proud of the trophies and medals, we’re even more proud of the commitment, discipline, and growth these young men have displayed throughout the season. Success isn’t built on game day—it’s earned through countless hours of practice, preparation, and perseverance.

This spring was just the beginning.
