· I Care About Florissant started out as a discussion group on Facebook in 2012. The group was created with strict rules to be respectful to each other, use reliable sources for information, and to keep conversation community related. As the group grew it became clear that many members are interested in and want to be involved in ways to help the community remain safe, clean and enjoyable.
Currently the I Care About Florissant group has over 7500 members and is constantly infused with information about everything from events, news, businesses, and more. When members need help, whether it’s looking for a plumber, finding a lost dog or when tragedy such as car accidents, house fires or whatever it may be, members always step up and do what they can to help
Discussions range from serious community issues, to simple conversations about what’s going on around town. ICAF, as our group is commonly known as has become a major source of information for many Florissant and North County residents.
