A Philip Randolph Institute – St. Louis Chapter depends on the personal commitment of hundreds of trade unionists and community activists. We offer voter registration and voter education on a year round basis. Our voter education consists of community programs designed to educate the public on political issues but we do not endorse any candidates. Membership is open to any union member or any citi

zen who believes in the principles and policies of the labor movement and is willing to abide by the bylaws of this organization.
