🏡 Healing Home House Managers (2 Positions)
Live-on-site role supporting up to 11 returning citizens in a safe, structured, sober transitional residence. House Managers oversee daily operations, accountability, mentorship, and facilities upkeep while partnering closely with the Case Manager and Program Director.
💵 $50,000 salary + housing included

📋 Healing Home Case Manager (Part-Time)
Lead and support residents through their reentry journey by creating Individual Reentry Plans, coordinating referrals and services, and collaborating with on-site staff. Ideal for candidates with experience in social work, criminal justice, or reentry services.
💵 $30/hour | Approx. 20 hours/week

When fear shows up, it often pushes people back. In 2025, we leaned in instead!

From prisons in Northern California to the streets of New York City to the community of Shelby County, Tennessee, we showed up. We held space. We worked to rebuild trust. We stayed committed to connection, even when it felt hard.

Our 2025 Annual Report, In the Face of Fear, is a reflection of what can happen when we choose connection over contraction.

On May 7th, Inside Circle is joining the Big Day of Giving (), the () Sacramento Region Community Foundation's annual 24-hour giving event that has raised $117 million for local nonprofits since 2013. This year marks thirteen years of communities showing up for the organizations doing meaningful work right here at home.

Inside Circle continues its partnership with Project Restore, working alongside Brooklyn communities to interrupt cycles of violence and create space for accountability and growth.

From Bed-Stuy to Brownsville, this work is expanding and the impact is clear. All 30 participants completed the program with no arrests for gun violence or retaliation, alongside a 28% reduction in shooting victims and a 22% drop in felony assaults.

This is what’s possible when people are supported to heal, take accountability, and choose a different path. Lasting safety starts with connection and community.

Creating spaces for you to get grounded, centered and tap into your power.✨️

Our Outside Circle Intensives bring the group process conducted within Folsom Prison to the community, where the walls that imprison us are invisible, but equally limiting. Featured in the award winning documentary, The Work, our process is deep, heart-opening, and centered on authentic truth telling.

Open to all genders and the gender non-conforming, this event will be facilitated by formerly incarcerated facilitators who began their personal transformation in prison.
