Get Ready for a Zombie Pirate Takeover!

The Ladies Leadership Luncheon Founder, Carmen Foster, and members officially kicked off their Thriller Dancing Class last Friday at Studio6Twenty5 in Destin—and they’re getting ready to bring something unforgettable to the harbour! 🏴‍☠️

This special dance project is all leading up to our October 21 Ladies Leadership Luncheon: Zombie Pirates Dancing for the Harbour, aboard the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise. 💃

Our ladies will be learning choreography, building confidence, having fun, and preparing for a special performance that will be part of our October luncheon experience.

Leading the choreography is Emily Bishop, “Venus,” of Perfect Grace LLC and The Goddess Brand. Emily is bringing her creativity, energy, and dance expertise to help our ladies learn the moves and bring this Zombie Pirate performance to life!

Thank you to Emily for helping make this experience possible and to Studio6twenty5 for providing the space where our Zombie Pirate crew is getting into character and learning the choreography.

Owned and operated by Lin Cunningham, one of our valued Ladies Leadership Luncheon members, Get Smash’d is an independent, female-owned business created with a passion for supporting the community through wellness, creativity, and recycling.

At Get Smash’d, guests can smash, rage, and paint their way through a uniquely cathartic experience. Whether you need to let go of a little stress, celebrate with friends, try something completely different, or simply have fun, the Smash’d Squad takes care of the cleanup so you can enjoy the experience without the mess.

What makes Get Smash’d even more meaningful is its commitment to the community. Many of the breakable items used in the studio are collected through local businesses, charities, bars, and community donations. Instead of those items ending up in a landfill, Get Smash’d gives them a second purpose—before they are smashed to bits.

Linda’s vision extends beyond entertainment. Get Smash’d is passionate about mental health, special needs, self-expression, and supporting military members, first responders, educators, families, and communities throughout the area.

Sessions are available by appointment during the day and evening for team-building activities, special events, girls’ or guys’ nights, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, work parties, and just-for-fun experiences.
