There are moments when I’m reminded that The Teen Mom Project is so much bigger than me.

Even when I can’t personally be in the room, this community continues to show up, serve, give, and keep our teen moms at the forefront.

That means more to me than I can put into words.

I’m just incredibly grateful for every person, business, volunteer, and supporter who continues to believe in this mission and helps keep things moving forward.

This is what community looks like. And I’m so grateful for ours. 💜

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming McCall Cares Companionship into The Teen Mom Project’s Donation Closet — and they didn’t just bring donations. They brought their clients with them. 🫶🏽

McCall Cares Companionship is a Florida-based companionship and support service focused on helping individuals feel valued, supported, and connected. Their services include companionship, personal support, respite care, life-skills development, and supported living support.

But today, we got to see another side of what they do: giving back.

Their team and clients spent time organizing our Donation Closet, helping prepare resources for teen moms and their children, and creating an opportunity for their clients to volunteer and make a meaningful difference.

That is the kind of partnership we love at The Teen Mom Project — businesses that don’t just ask how they can help, but show up and get involved.

To the McCall Cares team and your amazing clients, thank you. Thank you for your generosity, your time, and for believing that supporting our teen moms is worth showing up for. 💜

The Teen Mom Project is looking for local businesses willing to host a donation box in their establishment so your customers, employees, and community can easily support young mothers and their children.

It’s simple: you provide the space, and we provide the donation box.

Donations help us stock our Mommy & Me Market, where young mothers in our community can access essentials for themselves and their little ones at no cost.

From diapers and wipes to postpartum care, hygiene products, baby clothing, and more — every donation helps us make sure a young mom knows she doesn’t have to navigate motherhood alone.
