As we are approaching Christmas, it is important to reflect on how we can live a life of service. Serving others means performing tasks or roles to your utmost capacity, without expecting anything in return. It is an act of selfless giving.

At BTF Awareness, we find joy in serving others. Experiencing joy does not mean you are immune to challenges or difficult times. Instead, it means feeling grounded, safe, and calm amidst both happy and hard moments.
