ASTEP INC A.S.T.E.P. After School Tutorial Educational Program, Inc. Our mission is to provide tutoring to students who are struggling in their academic studies.

ASTEP was founded in 1995 by Veronica L. Buffaloe-Stubbs, CEO and established as a 501-C3 non-profit organization in 1997. ASTEP is recognized as a community-based organization that provides services/programs with a team of volunteers who focus on student's development, connect to families, and support the commnity.
