Florence Warming Center

02/18/2026

The Warming Center will be open through Thursday night/Friday Morning due to weather conditions changing instead of through Sunday evening. If you signed up to volunteer food or other duties for Friday evening through Monday morning the warming center will be closed. For all those signed up through Friday morning the plan is the same. Thank you to everyone looking out for our neighbors!

We have great news! Florence Warming Center will be open Monday, February 16th through Thursday the 19th due to our extreme weather.

We are located at 4480 Hwy 101 Florence, Oregon

Please help spread the word!

We work with the community to provide a safe shelter and food to our neighbors without shelter during harsh weather conditions.

There will be white and black flags out at 6 am on February 16th through February 22nd at the following locations:

Safeway, Siuslaw Library, Grocery Outlet, 35th Street Laundry, and Fred Meyer. Guests will begin to be picked up from these sites starting at 4:45 pm. They will be transported from the Florence Warming Center the next morning by 8 am.
