Happy Pride Month. We will be at the Pride Festival and Parade this weekend at MainStrasse, handing out an assortment of free Pride items, offering harm reduction material such as naloxone, and testing for HepC and HIV.

AND, we will be making a big announcement. It's a secret for now, so don't tell anyone, but starting in July, we will be offering PrEP at our four county health centers. PrEP is a shot or pill that prevents a person from contracing of HIV. Why fight trying to cure HIV when you can stop it ahead of time?

Stop by, say hi, pick up some swag, and put some PrEP in your step.

Join the Boone County Alliance for a special Day of Action on May 26 from 10:00–11:30 AM at the Florence Government Center! Together, we’ll spread messages of hope, support, and mental wellness throughout our community.

Participants will:
💛 Pick up mental health doorhangers and a free tshirt (while supplies last!)
🚶 Take a walk through local neighborhoods
📸 Share encouragement and positivity
🌼 Help connect community members with resources like 988 and local support services

This is a simple way to make a meaningful impact — one door, one message, one act of hope at a time.
