Every week, families reach out to us searching for support, connection, and opportunities for their loved ones. For many, the desire to participate is there, but transportation challenges and program costs can make services feel out of reach.

At The Chadwick Foundation, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to participate in a supportive and welcoming community, regardless of financial circumstances.

For many of the individuals and families we serve, programs at The Chadwick Foundation provide more than activities or services; they provide community, encouragement, and support people can count on.

By giving $25 monthly, you help us continue creating safe, meaningful opportunities for individuals with exceptional needs and their families.

Because of your support, we are growing faster than ever. With new students joining us for Summer 2026 and many continuing into Fall 2026, we have already outgrown our current fleet of vehicles.

Thanks to quick action from our Board Chairman, we recently found a 2002 15-passenger van that, with a little TLC, will soon be serving our participants and families.

Right now, we have 17 participants enrolled for Summer 2026, and if current enrollment continues, we are projected to serve 23 participants this fall.

What started as a dream continues to become something bigger than we ever imagined. Every monthly donor, every fundraiser supporter, every volunteer, every share, every prayer, and every act of kindness has helped make this growth possible.

Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us create a place where individuals with exceptional needs are seen, valued, included, and loved.

We are just getting started. 💙

Awards Day!

Today marked the last day of the Academy for the Spring 2026 term! 🎉

We wrapped up the semester with bowling, class awards, and time spent reflecting on all of the accomplishments and growth from this year. It was the perfect way to celebrate an amazing semester together!

We also said goodbye to one of our incredible employees, Laura Ramsey. While we are going to miss seeing her every day, it’s truly more of a “see ya later” because we know she’ll still be around, just enjoying retirement life a little more! ❤️

Thank you to all of our students, staff, and families for making this year so special. We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful summer! ☀️

The Chadwick Foundation is currently accepting applications for potential employment opportunities, including:

• Summer Seasonal Support Staff – Program Aides
• Consistent Part-Time Employment beginning Fall 2026 (pending enrollment numbers)

Applicants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a clean driving record
• Be able to pass a background check

Education and/or Social Work experience is preferred, but not required.

Standard daily hours are 7:30 AM – 2:15 PM unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please note: Hourly rates of pay will not be discussed via Facebook.
