💙 Meet Dustin Phillips, Founder of The Chadwick Foundation 💙
Over the last several posts, you've met the incredible team that will help make Summer Camp possible this year. Their passion for serving individuals with exceptional needs is what makes our mission come to life each day.
For those who may not know me, my name is Dustin Phillips, and I founded The Chadwick Foundation with a simple dream: to create a place where individuals with exceptional needs and their families feel connected, cared for, and championed on behalf of.
What started as a dream has become a reality, and I am grateful every day for the people who have helped make it possible. While I am proud of how far we've come, I am even more excited about where we're going. My vision is to continue growing our programs and services so that more families across the Shoals can find community, opportunity, and belonging.
Whether you join us as a friend, volunteer, donor, supporter, or one day as a family we serve, you have a seat at our table.
Together, we can make the Shoals a place where ALL can live, work, and play. 💙
