Fear is a tactic of the enemy. He comes in many robes, but he only has one face. You have seen it many times. Do not let this fear consume your heart. You will defeat your enemy with the one weapon you have inside you that he cannot touch. The truth of who you are in Christ. Be compassionate not just to your friends, but to everyone. Sometimes the strongest among us are the ones who smile through silent pain. If we all understood that everyone has their own battles to fight, insecurities to face, and demons to conquer, the world would be a gentler more gracious place. So spread your wings, because until you do, you will not know how far you can fly.

Hope Center Ministries serves families across 52 locations in 13 states. While individual centers often work closely with local partners to meet needs, this Christmas the situation extends beyond one location.

Due to the recent government shutdown, an organization that had committed to assisting with toys was unable to meet the need. The impact of that shortfall reaches across multiple communities, not just a single center.

This is not about one campus falling short. It is about the scale of the ministry and the reality that the need is greater than any one center can carry alone.

Because of the generosity of many, much has already been accomplished. At the same time, the need continues to grow as we work to ensure that children connected to every Hope Center Ministries location are cared for equally.

Your previous gifts matter. They are working. And for those who are able and feel led to do more, there is still an opportunity to step in and help meet this need across the entire ministry.
