What a great and busy week at Caringplace!
We celebrated Mrs. Barbara’s birthday on Thursday. Somehow we didn’t get any pictures with her brownie but thanks to her daughter Cindy for fabulous brownie Sundays!!!
We also enjoyed our new robo-pets and made Christmas ornaments for the tree that will go up soon.
We hosted a Gigi shower for our Chef Y and her soon to arrive grandson Kingston. The ladies loved getting to help decorate for a baby shower, playing shower games and seeing all the sweet gifts for baby King!
We had the honor of participating in the 30th annual Coalition for Alzheimers and Related Disorders symposium. And our executive director spoke at the
Tuscumbia Civitan Club luncheon and received a generous donation.
We have so much fun planned for the upcoming holidays! If your loved one needs socialization or assistance during the day, Caringplace could be a perfect option for you!

Thank you to Florence Lauderdale Animal Services for letting us enjoy Mellow for the day. Her name suits her well, and she was a perfect fit for a day with us.

Our Halloween carnival was a huge success! The clients had a blast and they loved the kids coming to table treat! This is one we’ll definitely do again next year!
