WOW, Florence… YOU showed up in a BIG way!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community during last Saturday’s Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, Florence Food Share collected an amazing 13,560 pounds of food for local families in need!

That’s a HUGE increase from last year’s 9,483 pounds — nearly a 4,100 pound jump!

This means thousands of additional meals will help support our neighbors right here in Western Lane County. At a time when food insecurity continues to rise, this outpouring of compassion reminds us just how powerful community can be.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to:
-Our dedicated postal carriers
-The amazing volunteers
-Everyone who donated food
-And all those working behind the scenes to make this event possible

You didn’t just fill mail bins — you filled hearts, cupboards, and hope.

Florence Food Share is beyond grateful for this community and the continued support for our mission of nourishing the community, one meal at a time.
