Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Today, while traveling home to Louisiana from Tennessee, Charles Lauret took time out of his Father’s Day to stop by the Rankin Greys Camp 2278 camp and Camp RAD for children with muscular dystrophy. He wasn’t there for recognition, pictures, or votes. He simply wanted to support the camp and spend time with the kids.

In a world where many talk about leadership, Charles demonstrated it. He chose to spend part of his day investing in young people who face challenges most of us can only imagine.

Thank you, Charles, for your example of servant leadership and for reminding us that the most valuable thing we can give is our time.
