SHARE YOUR STORY
It is optional to have one testimony night each semester, where we have women with similar stories as an Embrace Grace Brave Girl and would love for you to be a part. You can write out your story and email it to the main leader.
STEWARD
This role involves sowing into the ministry. This could involve donating services (i.e., photography, catering, cake, flowers, decoration, hair, makeup, massages, etc.), finances, or tangible goods (such as baby shower gifts, jewelry, etc.).
INTERCESSOR
This role intentionally prayers for the different facets of the Embrace Grace ministry (i.e., the Brave Girls, the babies, specific situations, etc.).
CHILDCARE
This role involves signing up to serve a night or more for a few hours during our meeting times to cover the childcare if needed.
HOSPITALITY
This role involves signing up to bring a dinner/snack and drink for the meeting times.
BABY SHOWER/ PRINCESS DAY
Event Manager/Event Team
The Event Manager and Event Team manages all volunteers and details for the shower. You may delegate as much as you want. Having an Event Team manage all of the events allows the leaders to fully focus on leading and loving on the Brave Girls. This team does not have to be the women who lead in your Embrace Grace group. If you would like to delegate responsibilities, please see our suggested roles below.
Gift List Manager
This role is for someone who is very organized and has extra time. This role will be managing specific gift lists for each of the Brave Girls and making sure every life group or individual purchases all the gifts on each list.
Hostess
This role will help direct all the guests to meet the Brave Girl they "adopted." This role will bring gifts in from cars and help load the gifts back in cars after the shower is over.
Decor
This role serves by managing decor for the event by purchasing or borrowing decor, setting it up and tearing it down.
Food
This role will find food donations or order the cupcakes/cake, drinks, or any other food items decided to have at the shower.
Invitations
This role will purchase or create an invitation to invite each Brave Girl and the gift givers to the event.
Photographer gift givers.
This role will take photographs of this event and share with leaders to distribute to Brave Girls and
PRINCESS DAY (SPECIAL DAY)

Having an Event Team manage all of the events allows the leaders to fully focus on leading and loving on the Brave Girls. This team does not have to be the women who lead in your Embrace Grace group. Hair and Makeup Vendors
This role will help to make the Brave Girls feel beautiful and loved on the outside.
Decor

Babysitter
This role will help take care of a sweet baby at the event as needed so the mom can enjoy this special day.
Goody Bags
This role will help gather donations for goody bag items that the Brave Girl will receive on Princess Day (Special Day). Examples can be: Worship CD, journal, devotional, jewelry, lotions, bath items, cute hair accessories-anything girly.
Photographer
This role will take photographs throughout this special day and of the Brave Girls after they get dressed up and crowned.
