A huge THANK YOU to the Kiwanis Club of Florence, Rotary Club of Florence, City of Florence, and Community Trust Bank of Florence for their generous donation of school supplies to the students of Boone County High School!

As we prepare for another school year, partnerships like these help our Youth Service Center make sure students have the supplies and resources they need to start the year ready for success.

We are incredibly grateful not only for today's donations, but also for the continued partnership and support these organizations provide to Boone County High School and our students year after year.

It truly takes a community to support our students, and we're fortunate to have some amazing community partners right here in Florence!

The Boone County High School Youth Service Center is excited to partner with Chick-fil-A Northern Kentucky for the annual Stuff the Bus School Supply Drive!

As we begin wrapping up Session #4 of our Rebel Readers Reading Group, The Alchemist continues to get more and more interesting!

This powerful book has created some great conversations with our students about discovering their own dreams, setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and finding purpose in their personal journeys. It has been exciting to watch our students make meaningful connections between Santiago’s story and their own lives.

Our group of 20 students has really been enjoying The Alchemist — a powerful story about self-discovery, purpose, and the journey of following your dreams.

Each week, our students continue to grow through meaningful conversations, reflection, and connection. We’re excited to see how the journey unfolds as we dive deeper into the story!

Congratulations to Layla Mason for receiving our Week 1 Rebel Reader Award!
For her outstanding engagement during our group read, she has earned two movie tickets to AMC Theatres 🎬🍿

🩺🔬 Dr. James E. Randolph Initiative – NKU Medical College Visit

Today, 14 of our students had an incredible opportunity to step into the world of healthcare through the Dr. James E. Randolph Initiative!

This experience introduced our students to medical careers through hands-on, interactive activities led by university faculty and medical students. From engaging science demonstrations to learning about college pathways, our group truly got a firsthand look at what it takes to pursue a future in medicine.

The students absolutely loved their time on campus and walked away inspired, motivated, and excited about the possibilities ahead!

A huge thank you to Dr. Michael P. Guy and the NKU medical staff for providing such an outstanding tour and meaningful hands-on experience.

We appreciate the continued partnership and the impact this program is making on our students’ futures!
