The Florence Lions Club is proud to continue serving our community through our monthly food distribution program.

📅 Friday, August 28 ⏰ 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (or until food is gone) 📍 600 N Main St, Florence Jason Lopez Memorial Park Parking Lot (formerly Heritage Park)

If you or someone you know could benefit from this program, please help spread the word. Our goal is to support local families and neighbors by providing access to nutritious food and essential resources.

Named after Lions Clubs International founder Melvin Jones, this award is one of the highest forms of recognition in Lionism, honoring individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to humanitarian service.

Sharon’s commitment, leadership, and countless hours of service have made a lasting impact on our club and the Florence community. Whether organizing club activities, supporting service projects, or helping keep our club running smoothly, Sharon consistently exemplifies the Lions motto, “We Serve.”

The Florence Lions Club recently gathered for a special evening of fellowship to celebrate the installation of new club officers and welcome our newest members.

Hosted at the beautiful home of one of our club members, the night was filled with good food, great conversations, and the camaraderie that makes Lionism so special. Events like these remind us that while service is at the heart of what we do, the friendships and connections we build along the way are just as meaningful.

Congratulations to our incoming officers and newest members. Thank you for stepping forward to serve and help lead the Florence Lions Club into another great year of community impact.

🏛️🦁 Volunteers Needed at the Pinal County Historical Museum 🦁🏛️

The Florence Lions Club is proud to support the museum as it continues its renovation efforts and preservation of our community’s rich history.

The museum is currently seeking volunteers to assist with:

✅ Packing artifacts ✅ Moving items ✅ Data entry and cataloging

📅 Tuesday-Friday ⏰ 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
📍 Pinal County Historical Museum

You do not need to stay the entire four hours; any amount of time you can contribute is greatly appreciated.

This is a wonderful opportunity to help preserve Florence’s history for future generations. If you’re interested in lending a hand, please consider volunteering.
