The 2026 South Carolina School Report Cards have officially been released, and we are proud to announce that John W. Moore Middle School has once again earned an overall rating of GOOD! 🎉

We saw growth across key areas, including ELA, Science, Multilingual Learner Progress, School Climate, and Prime Instructional Time!

This growth reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our incredible faculty and staff, the determination of our students, and the unwavering support of our families. THANK YOU for believing in our students, supporting our mission, and making excellence a priority every day!

But Lions, THE WORK IS NOT DONE! 🦁

We have set BIG Goals for the 2026–2027 school year:
📚 68% of students meeting or exceeding expectations in ELA

➗ 55% of students meeting or exceeding expectations in Math

📈 50% of students meeting their Math Accelerated Growth Goal

Our students deserve nothing less than our very best, and together, we will continue pushing for greater growth, stronger outcomes, and higher levels of excellence.

GOOD is worth celebrating, but EXCELLENCE is what we’re chasing! 💛❤️

Excellence Every Day, The Moore Way!
